Fees and Forms

Rise is a private pay/self-pay practice and does NOT accept any insurance plans at this time.  This means I don't bill insurance. The full-fee private pay rate is $70/hour for counseling services. To request counseling services at a sliding scale (discounted) price*, please note it in your contact message and we can discuss details. The payment amount per session for sliding scale clients will be agreed upon during the initial phone/email consultation and will be reflected in your Terms and Conditions Form as well. *Sliding scale rates range between $30-$65 per session. Sliding scale slots are given based on financial need.

For payment, I accept most common credit or debit cards, cash, check or HSA/FSA credit cards. Payment plans can be discussed at the time of introductory call if needed. A counseling hour/session is considered to be 53 minutes for billing purposes.

Coaching fees are $50/hour for individual sessions. Group pricing for businesses, schools, or gatherings of 3 or more are available upon request. If you prefer, you can call or email me with any financial/payment-related questions as well.
