Sundays: 10AM-3PM. Weekend evenings are offered on a case-by-case basis.

Fees

Rise is a private pay practice and does not accept any insurance plans at this time. Please note if inquiring about an appointment, I am currently booking for 2023. The private pay rate is $70/ hour for counseling. To request counseling at a sliding scale (discounted) price, please note it in your contact message and I will get back to you with more details. The payment amount per session for sliding scale clients will be agreed upon during the initial phone consultation. Sliding scale slots are available in more limited quantities as they are given based on financial need. A counseling hour/session is considered to be 53 minutes. I accept most common credit or debit cards, cash, check or HSA/FSA credit cards. Forms to Complete

All forms will be sent via emailed link to be read and signed electronically in the secure online client portal for easy access. No downloading apps, printing papers or mailing anything...all you'll need is internet access and a computer, phone, or tablet. I will let you know if ever you need to download and complete forms from this site.
